I haven't really explored the app very much yet but from what I have explored it is a very good app. It makes it easier to connect with your health care and your PCP they go the extra mile to even help with your mental health through the app and give you weekly calls to check on you. the only downside I have found is they could provide us with easier access to glasses vision care

Probably not a scam...but not useful to someone older than 16. When signing up I put unk in the blank where my member ID was supposed to go because who remembers that at 10pm at night. When I jumped to the account page there was my ID number. The only way they could have gotten it is if they do legitimately work with insurance companies. That being said, this is extremely childish, and definitely not for adult issues.

Answered a SPAM call and it was PYX. I was in the middle of an appointment and asked if they could call back in 10 or 15, and they said yes. I made time and waited, but no call. I left a voicemail, and no response. I dont need this kind of help.
