Worst shopping experience ever with you. I requested for exchange of one of my order item. The courier partner attempted for pickup up for only once when I was not available at my home. When I asked him to pick up the parcel later on that day he misbehaved with me saying I already tried now you have to place another request. And when I said I will make a complain to your company, he in return misbehaved with me saying I will make a comment that customer is denying for return.

for one order they took half a month to deliver and at the end it got canceled and for the refund they took another half a month. and the customer care is worst in my case.the delivery canceled not informing anything without contacting me and the customercare is not caring about customers and it's my first time ordering in this app and definitely they have a strategy to keep customer glue to their app not because of their clothing its because their customer care and canceled order

I like the products, but the app is too twisted. Cannot even easily reach a simple category you want. Links keep cycling back to previous menu. Only way to buy RR easily is to go to other portals like flipk, amaz, zep, tata. Plus speedy delivery and high discounts unlike their own portal. Looks like some fraudulent employees of the company planned it this way for private cuts from outside shops. which is why they made their own app incomplete. Top officials of the brand must investigate this.
