very bad experience with the rare rabbit aap ...I purchased two t shirt on 12th April 2026...I want to return them for some reason....and placed return request on 18th April...but no one came to pick it yet ...and no one is responding in app help massages or even in WhatsApp...I have placed so many request but one is responding. Very unhappy with the app. Thanks

worst service app and team ever the back end team will not show up for support and the app itself is not user friendly.so disappointed with their online service and wll never suggest anyone the app support number will never be available and it's a fake number too

Worst shopping experience ever with you. I requested for exchange of one of my order item. The courier partner attempted for pickup up for only once when I was not available at my home. When I asked him to pick up the parcel later on that day he misbehaved with me saying I already tried now you have to place another request. And when I said I will make a complain to your company, he in return misbehaved with me saying I will make a comment that customer is denying for return.
