Didn't work for me at first but started working after I cycled Bluetooth on the chair. The app is pretty good, it definitely makes it much easier to control the chair than the remote. My only wish right now is adding more programs. Customer care says programming can be added in the future through an app update, so I'm looking forward to seeing more programs than the several preprogrammed ones.

app took forever to get it to connect, and when connected it doesn't work. press a button and it clicks and blinks but nothing happens or changes with the chair. Another annoyance was Infinity does not tell you that there is a difference between the Evolution MAX 4D chair and an EVO MAX 4D chair. they look exactly the same but different app. you would think a $6000 chair would have a working app. At least the handheld remote works as it should. Sorry, I am just disappointed with the performance.

Typical of most of these companies the apps actually don't match up to the chair. Limited programming features. And the chair only connects when it feels like it. And usually that's when you're not even using the chair.
