Unusable app. Beyond pathetic. I'm not sure how they are still in business. I have been trying to redeem my SS wallet balance (Rs. 10157) since quite some time and unable to do so. Your app doesn't work. Your website doesn't work. I attempted to redeem multiple times using the OTP sent by you to my registered mobile number. Nothing seems to work. It seems you do not want your customer to use their SS wallet balance and do shopping. It is very frustrating. Please suggest how you may help with this. I have a bunch of stuff added to my shopping cart and I cannot check out those because you seemingly do not let me use my >10k SS wallet balance. If possible, please check out the same on my behalf (with the SS balance) to the last successful delivery address (that is the default delivery address) in Feb, 2020.

They are literally a fraud. I ordered three items from their app and also made the payment, but they never delivered my products. After that, I tried calling their customer care number, but it turned out to be a wrong number, the same one is listed everywhere like in their emails, on the app and on the internet. I also emailed them but for the past two days, the emails have failed to deliver, showing "delivery failed." They just took my money and disappeared.

Disappointing Service & Unresponsive Customer Care I'm writing this review to warn others about my recent experience with the Shoppers Stop app and service. I placed an online order on August 16th, with a promised delivery of 3-5 days. It is now August 25th, and I have received no updates on my order. What's more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. I have tried multiple times to contact their customer care number, but my calls go unanswered. My payment has already been done.
