Neptune Mobile can connect to Neptune devices using IP address as well as Cloud Server.
Cloud approach makes it easy for Neptune Mobile to connect to the device because there is no need to set up a complex network on the router where the Neptune device is installed.
It is very convenient to register Neptune Device because Neptune Mobile provides search function of Local Device and Cloud Device when registering Neptune Device.
Neptune Mobile provides Filter function to easily search Event Log, Card Holder, Card, and Door information, and it is easy to use even if there are many data.
Neptune Mobile can check the related images immediately when there is video tagging information in the Event Log, and can view the registered Card Holder pictures when inquiring Card Holder information, so it can effectively monitor access and control device.
Neptune Mobile can remotely query the status of the door, control lock and unlock the door, and change the Threat Level.

since the update, it no longer fits it within the usable area of my phone. somehow the top of the screen is now in my notification pull down menu.

This app is decent. It allows remote opening of doors, change of user permissions and access to logs. That being said, it could use some additional features: like being able to setup and send new users their access credentials; and see the ID number of the card trying to access the door, which is helpful to use to update accounts after people switch phones.

This app needs a lot of work to actually be useful. Viewing the logs is currently about the only useful thing.
