App not running. It crashes as soon as you open it. Does not even launch. Edit: The app was working on THIS device. But it suddenly started behaving as indicated. I cleared everything (app cache and data), but that did not solve the issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app; still no solution. I went as far as uninstalling several other apps from my phone, but nothing works. This problem is NOT related to my device make/model, network, or Android version.

The inconvenience caused to you is deeply regretted. Try to clear the app data and cache. Also, please make sure that the device is connected to the internet. If nothing works, please share the registered mobile number, device details and service provider details at talktous@sidianbank.co.ke.

Obstructive security I cannot log in using a password manager because of unnecessary restrictions. I use a password manager to generate strong passwords and it is rather ridiculous to force users to manually put in passwords when there ate enterprise tools to help with password management. This restriction forces me to write down my password as I cannot memorize 12 characters contaiming symbols, which goes against security best practices (writing down passwords).

Simple and fluid. Everything you need in one app, well almost. I'm content with the service so far. One critical suggestion I'll make though: kindly add authentication-per-transaction, biometric or password (preferably the former) for added security. Otherwise, good job
