Welcome to the new Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) App. This app offers a richer, more efficient customer service experience by making a wider range of services accessible via your phone.
Manage your electricity account, view bills and make payments, view the daily schedule for planned maintenance outages, request services, update your contact information and monitor your energy consumption. This includes the ability to set consumption goals, receive notifications and tips to stay on track, view how your usage impacts the environment, and how your appliances impact your bills.
You can also report outages, defective streetlights, dangerous situations, and other problems with T&TEC's services, as well as submit claims for suspected damaged appliances.
The app also offers improved processing times, push notifications/ alerts and automated responses on trouble reports. The app also integrates with your phone map client, to make it easier to locate T&TEC offices and service centres.
