Ratings and reviews

New account, finding it near impossible to add my bank account to actually get money into (and more importantly out of) my main account to buy funds. It really shouldn't be this hard, it's all a cluttered mess. The add button is missing on the website I tried the app, it can't do it and simply takes you back to the website with the missing add button, not a great start, your competitor prosper's website and app are a dream by comparison. Funds added and working for me within minutes.

First time I rate an app. I can't buy the fund I want to buy, I press "Trade" and it just sits there thinking... Yesterday it took me 3 attempts to add cash from my debit card, was saying "need full identification" until I ticked "save my card" and then, magic, my identification was suddenly enough!! A month ago, struggled to add cash, ended up adding 2x what I wanted to add, because the first time did work after all. Infuriating!

Provider is decent, but the app is not great. They recently fixed the need to login twice in a row which is good, but the issue with the keyboard obstructing some of the text fields as you type is still there. The fields should move up when the keyboard pops up so they are not hidden by it. And the UI is not the most user friendly. The transaction history is filtered by default but not obvious so I thought it doesn't include employer contributions but it does. Things of that nature.
