About this app

We've made improvements to the Business Banking app so that now you can see your account balances and transactions

You’ll still need to use the app when you set up on Internet Banking:

• new UK recipients
• new Standing Orders
• new International Payments recipients

For extra convenience and security, you’ll also be able to set up both fingerprint and Face ID log in if your device supports it.

Before you get started…

You’ll need to be a TSB Business Banking customer, registered for Internet Banking and have a device running Android 9.0 or above.


Logging in for the first time

When you use the app for the first time, you’ll need to enter your User ID, password and three characters of your memorable information. You’ll then select one of your registered phone numbers to get a call back or an SMS with a code to activate the app.

The only reason for 1 star less for a 5 star rating because when you what to print off a statement for the year you can only print 3 months at a time.

Within this app you can only view transactions, move money, deposit a cheque, account details, edit display. It is like in ancient times you cannot even download a bank statement from it.. Also via call and email dealt with relationship manager which is lengthy and unsatisfactory experience. And not many branches available so it is another inconvenience. Will be switching elsewhere. Not happy at all..

Absolute rubbish. Having not used this app for some time now it asked me to start again and authorise. I have entered the username and password but then the Log In link doesn't react. It's as if its just writing and not a link at all. I've deleted and reinstalled but always the same. How on earth am I now supposed to authorise a payment. Bring back the old simple way of doing it. Rubish app.
