You’ll need to be a personal TSB customer and have a device running Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or above. You'll need to be a UK resident to apply for new products.

Improved but with one added minor irritation. When you log out it goes back to the login page and displays the fingerprint sensor, which you then have to navigate away from with the back button. A message is then displayed 'Fingerprint Not Recognised, you've reached the maximum attempts', even though you haven't touched the fingerprint sensor. As I said it's a minor irritation but it didn't do this previously so why is it doing it now?

I did what was recommended on here after it kept saying No Internet Connection, uninstalled the app, downloaded the latest version from Google Play, and it's still the same. Had to transfer money to a First Direct account and after about 30 tries had to give up. Hopeless. It works fine on WiFi, it's just mobile data that it has a problem with even though all my other apps work fine.

They managed to top up the previous bad experience... to make it a horrible one. Someone stole my card details... I have received a notification from the app that I have payment to approve. couldn't get into the app as didn't have signal. when I finally could get into the app £465 was already taken in 46 transactions!! Without me authorizing! Can't reach a human! I will close this bank account!!! as soon as I get my money back!
