It's impossible to make a bank transfer with this app. Despite me being connected to a fast home WiFi, the app keeps throwing a message that I have no Internet connection. I restarted the app a few times, and it didn't help. A task that should take a couple of minutes is becoming a huge frustrating thing that I've already spent 20 minutes on!

9+ unread messages in my Inbox, where are they? According to my settings I have 9+ unread messages in my inbox. But when I check, there are no unread messages. This has been the case, even after the last 2 app updates. Other than this issue, the app is excellent, especially with the latest security updates.

Honestly such an easy and straightforward banking app. Everything is exactly where it needs to be and clear on how to find and do things. No complaints whatsoever! One thing I would suggest is adding an option to go straight to speaking to a person on the chat as sometimes I have an issue that the bot can't resolve and have to repeat myself multiple times for it to hand me over. other than that, no issues!

What's new

New features: new controls for your debit and credit card, the ability to deposit cheques inside the app, and a new login screen.

The new card controls give added security, letting you block contactless payments, for example.

The new cheque deposit feature lets you deposit real paper cheques with your mobile’s camera.

And there’s a smart new login screen to enjoy too.
