App is still buggy. Just trying to simply press 'Move Money' is not working for me at the moment even after closing the app and re-opening it several times. Genuinely quite amazing that this app did not go through thorough quality testing considering it's a bank. Can't wait to switch next year to a proper bank.
The app is allot worse than the new app, you need to make it look similar to the old app, all the accounts need to be on one page, why to taking it back to old school big number or kids almost. You need the look and feel of the old app but with more functional like the website surly as bank to have the ability and now how to do this, you should move forward and build on the old with all the functionality the customer needs on the go. Hope to see changes soon until then will stick with the old app.
App is still way too slow but at least it doesn't crash like for many people. Too much unused space and too size of text is too big so basically still has to click on each transaction to be able to see what it is. Would be nice to be able to change spacing and text size. But overall it doesn't feel comfortable to use. Get a better UI designer.
When it works this app is good and offers more features than the other TSB app. But it very often freezes after logging in and I'm unable to navigate from the start page.
When the app is working it is nice, quite fluid and does offer more features. However, a lot of the time it doesn't work, crashing before or just after logging in, accepting thumbprint login and then after failing to log in saying the thumbprint was wrong, the way your separate accounts are laid out is not intuitive (despite the app having a better look) and finally it is very slow at the best of times. It is a real shame when an app that has been going for a long time is replaced with something not as professional or finished.
Similar to others regarding number of transactions per page but doesn't exactly fill you full of confidence when the date is shown as June 22th! This is beyond basic so hopefully the security peeps have a more robust attention to detail!!!
Thanks to your feedback we've identified a couple of bugs and fixed them for you. You should find the app running more smoothly (and hopefully a bit quicker) than before.
We've added remaining available credit for our credit card holders and you can also apply for one of our eSavings accounts in the app now too!
