Less and less every year. I'm a vitality customer since 2017 but the app is still a bit difficult to navigate (i.e. find stuff). Since they've introduced this Stanley game in the app I feel like I'm paying for a game that isn't fun and I did no want. Grinding with steps gave me motivation to go for an extra walk at the end of the day but now it is gone.

After a more than a year I can confidently confirm this is still the most ineffective app! Yes, I have checked the version, updates, and connection. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still having to manually input my fitness data (approx 11/12 months) No follow up from a technical team to try and resolve the matter. No rewards get backdated. And while I had 127 point missing, my points only went up by 31 points because part my data was in the "previous fitness yr.

You can tell this is a corporate app for employees as a where it a commercial app it would have died years ago. I am pretty active and have used several apps in the past, I have to say this is genuinely the most unmotivating app I have ever used. step Points take two days to load if they actually will, it records a remarkably small collection of activities and even those often don't transfer across from connected apps. updating your own points is worse than trying to get a refund from Trainline
