The software was working fine with my android phone for a year, then all of a sudden it tells me it's not compatible with this phone. Impossible! I am computer savvy, technologically capable, and the problem has to be the software. I updated and downloaded the software on my phone multiple times, and reinstalled the app multiple times to no avail. I called tech support, informed them of the problem, followed their directions, and it still does not work. Worst software ever. HELP!!!

I am consistently having issues with this system. I keep getting an error message that says, “No Distribution Module Found”. I have had this system for only 4 years and I hardly ever play it. It should not malfunction every 3 to 6 months. This system cost wayyyyyyyy too much for all these technical problems. I have better luck just by using my bluetooth speaker. Shame on the homebuilder for recommending this company. What a waste. I would like to get my money back.

The app is unreliable. It frequently churns while saying it cannot find the distribution module and I have to reboot my phone to reset it. Today it crashed in the middle of using it and I've not been able to connect since despite rebooting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and nothing happens when I hit the "bind" button on the system. I cannot find any useful user info on the website and tech support isn't available.
