This app is trash! The only thing it's useful for is connecting your smart switches to your home network. I got 3 switches and tried several times to set up the "scenes" to automatically turn lights on/off with limited success. Additionally, my smart hub rarely connects to Legrand's servers, and the automation scenes don't work as intended. Some days, they work, other days they dont. I use the app to "manually" turn lights on/off while I'm away to make it look like I'm home.

I have had these switches now for about 9 months. They have gotten a lot better, but there is still one bug left that it appears they haven't figured out. If I lose power, or my WiFi network goes down, these switches don't automatically connect to the network again every time. Sometimes I have to reset them and do the setup process all over again. This shouldn't happen. I also have a competing GE wifi smart switch that has never given me trouble. Come on guys, you have to figure this out!

Mr. Baron, I'm updating my reply as you've updated the app review. I've been working to recreate the issue you're seeing, and I haven't been able to yet. I'd like to know more about your network set up. Could you please reach out, and we can discuss it together? - PH # 315-320-6839 - Scott

This app is complete trash, and not ready for prime time at all! Everything in the app feels amateurish and clunky, but the clincher is that it crashes EVERY time I try to change the phase setting on the dimmer. The ENTIRE selling point of this dimmer was reverse phase dimming so that I don't get buzzing with LED bulbs, but Legrand gives you no way to change this without using the app. I even started from scratch with a factory reset of my phone, and the app still crashes!
