I was unable to complete the authentication process: my internet connection is excellent the app failed to send my information to check. The app keeps "uploading" but nothing happens. Update: I sent a message to the customer service, we will see. Update 2: Uninstall. Restarted my phone Installed the app again. What else can we do? Update 3: Can not complete my registration. Can not delete my uncompleted account.. Asking me to confirm the email that I am actively using to communicate. WoW.

Changing to vivid 2 I got locked out of my account.. Which makes it very difficult to access help.. The only way was by email.. Apart from emails saying they would get back they never did... I eventually somehow after 3 weeks got back into my account... So I closed the account.. That was ironically when I received incredibly great advice and help..!!

Such a bad app and a bad experience i have had with vivid. I have made a transaction of 2000 euros a month back but it was refused for some reason by the merchant and they have refunded the amount on their end. But still I didn't receive refund.The merchant provided with all the transaction details. And yet the vivid team is unable to locate the funds.i request the team to resolve the issue asap by coordinating with the merchant because I have been coordinating for past 2 weeks n tired.
