About this app

Wave is one of the best live wallpapers for Android. With the latest update to version 4 the bar has again been raised for android backgrounds and also brings full Android TV support. Now you can set Wave as your screensaver, Android TV backdrop and live wallpaper!

The core features of the live wallpaper are:
✔ smooth animations
✔ support for high refresh rates
✔ realtime 3D graphics
✔ full control over customization in the powerful theme editor (background, animation, colors etc.)
✔ you can save your own presets and share them with other people
✔ beautiful factory presets enable you to quickly change the looks
✔ simple import of presets with QR-codes or hyperlinks for sharing your own wallpaper
✔ low battery usage
✔ online repository for more user presets.
✔ Android TV support. (Android TV backdrop / screensaver)
✔ Android screensaver support (phone/tablet)

Please note: Screensaver are not supported on Google TV

Wave is not a simple photo background or video background live wallpaper. It is not limited to a specific resolution (i.e. FullHD or 4K) instead it uses the devices default screen resolution for rendering this in realtime.

To set Wave as your wallpaper long press your homescreen and select Wave from the list of backgrounds or launch Wave via the app icon from the launcher.

Saw all the good reviews and thought "pssh, how good could it be, if it stinks I'll just get a refund". Paid, installed and set it as my wallpaper just to see it in action and my first impression was "wow, that looks awesome!!". I think I spent about 30-40 minutes going through all the options! There's almost too many options lol. I couldn't decide which I liked best but after going through it all I settled on "Sunset Legacy", Random color scheme, Under the Sea 2 background and RGB2 Overlay. LOVE the look on my Moto Edge with the waterfall display. My favorite live wall paper right now. And it wasn't till this very moment that while looking at the options I selected so that I could include it here, I just noticed the "presets" section with even more options!! Oh boy, here goes another 30 minutes to play with options lol. The only option I wish was included was to be able to set the FPS to 90 to match my display's hz. Other than that, well worth the $2.50

very awesome live wallpaper! im glad I bought it, definitely worth it! very customizable! something id like to see added if possible is the ability for the wave to move to music/audio playing and particle effects for the background. like star twinkles or glowing embers that can be static or move on their own, with or without scrolling

Really nice wallpaper! Love it! and btw.. I asked the dev how to set full screen images as backgrounds, and they told me to put the image within a 1:1 square, and to disable wallpaper scrolling, and it would display the full image, which worked. This is due to design limitations within previous/older android versions. Just putting this out there in case anyone else may run into this issue. Thank you dev!
