Helpful in concept, and in practice when it actually works, but it's incredibly buggy, especially after a recent update. On many apps, it continues triggering the pause screen at random for as long as you have it open, making it a very frustrating experience whenever you actually intend to use those apps. And if you open an app to a specific linked item (e.g. an Amazon listing or specific tweet), the pause screen usually causes the app to forget what you were trying to access afterwards.

Really useful app! I've been using it to reduce screen time on socials, and the reminder has been working much better than any hard limits ever did. I have noticed a few small issues stopping it from being a 5: - The timer screen loses current progress across configuration changes (screen rotation) - It's not clear how long of a duration you're choosing in the settings

If the one sec app is open/running, I'm able to completely circumvent the breathing exercise by switching windows from one sec to the restricted app, even with intentional app-switching off (it only works correctly if one sec is closed). I love the idea, but it's frustrating that Apple users have so many more options than Android users and don't run into this problem.
