I have been using this app for sometime and never disappoint until now. Since the 1st of Nov I have been trying to receive an international payment. I received an notification that I have got to accept and declare a transaction as always. I went onto the app select international payments and I got We are working on something awesome, try again at a later date. I try to report this but I am told my app is outdated. I deleted and downloaded again with no success. Up your game! Disappointed!

It's good and does what's needed. Also has nice features that makes banking easy, like my pockets, the ability to share transations, etc. However there are several minor annoying issues. Proof of payment never goes through, found out today you cannot review purchased lotto/powerball tickets until the next day... so you cannot compare your ticket while watching live, notifications also never go away, etc.

The worst possible experience as of recent with the app. I have already spoken to a representative from your IT department, who informed me that the issue would be escalated. However, I am still experiencing difficulties logging into my Nedbank Money app. The app prompts me to update to the latest version, yet when redirected to the app store, it shows that the app is already up to date. Furthermore, the app store indicates that the beta program is full.

What's new

This version update contains some bug fixes and introduces multiple client experience enhancements, including the ability for our non-transactional clients to chat to a Live Agent and the ability for our clients to purchase airtime and data, using an advance provided by Nedbank.
