Welcome to the Burger 21 Patty Perks App! Patty Perks App members can use the app to order ahead, earn patty points on qualifying purchases, redeem available rewards, reach new tiers with increased benefits, and participate in Patty Perks only specials and offers.

The revamped rewards program and new app are awful. Under the old app I could customize the amount of add ons that I wanted on my burger, e.g. 3x jalapeños, not any more. under the old rewards program I had earned $10 off my next order. I lost that in the switch to the new program and I'm very angry they would do that to their long standing customers!

Move quickly and very efficiently. Staff is young and very professional.

The app is always irritating. It seems to always forget past orders and it doesn't save progress. if you leave the app you start over.
