The old app was great. No idea why they changed it. Before, I was able to scan receipts. Read notifications and see my rewards. This one not easy to navigate and now in March 2024, It closes automatically when I click open. Please change back to old app, it was more user friendly.

Obviously Grillsmith & the app developer aren't paying attention to the reviews. Installed app for the first time today after my Dad told me it has never worked for him on Android or the App Store (he changed phones). Upon running app, I got this message, "Couldn't open app. Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes." Nope. Uninstalled. We won't be visiting restaurant again until they fix their rewards app (since that's the only way to get credit for visits if server messes up.) 🤷

Currently showing all local locations as closed, when that's definitely not the case. Says online ordering is not available, because of this. Needs to be fixed!
