It is the best shopping app to buy mobile phones and electronic gadgets as well as clothing also, but I deducted one star because of many of the misplacement of the products during delivery and their return policy is also not that good. Edit :- I used to think that flipkart had a decent user experience but that thing changed since the automatic cancellation of orders started happening without any concent and the customer care is also behaving like a bot, they are destroying their reputation.

I'm using Flipkart for many years and I have been impressed with the great deals, offers, and products available. However, one major downside to the app nowadays is that it is very slow and lags significantly when the back key is pressed. It also takes a long time to load a page, which can be frustrating when trying to browse through products quickly. This lagging issue definitely needs to be addressed by the developers to improve the overall user experience. Use full app 💞☺️

I recently faced a frustrating experience with Flipkart that I feel needs to be addressed. Due to the slow response of the Flipkart website during my purchase, I ended up mistakenly placing 2 orders for the same product. The 1st time, the payment didn't go through, so I thought the order wasn't placed. I tried again, only to find that both orders got processed.When I realized the mistake, I immediately looked for an option to cancel one of the orders through the app, but nothing available.
