This app sucks. you sign up for the free trial, use it once, then it won't let you back in without paying. the "games" are mid at best- you'd be better off buying leap frog stuff second hand than wasting time or money on this, ESPECIALLY if your kid has issues with screen time. Just another quick cash grab from another company that can't hire people to do quality testing before release. sad.

A Waste of Time and Money I would have given the app 4 or 5 stars. It worked seamlessly on my phone and tablet. However, it's been difficult getting the app running on my tablet it was originally installed on. Ever since an update months ago, it stopped working. I'm disappointed in the lack of customer service and the failure to work on my android tablet. Everytime I try to download the app to my tablet, the following message shows: "The app can only be installed on your other devices."

whatever you do, do not download this app. my wife canceled 8 weeks ago and got confirmation on the cancelation. they continued to charge her for 8 weeks. once noticed, we contacted the company and they gave us false information on payments. my wife then blocked her cards to stop further payments which then they proceeded to charge my card which was a backup card. do not get this app, its a scam. they make it nearly impossible for you to cancel and once you do, they'll still keep charging you.
