Terrible customer service. Tried to write a whole explanation but google is giving me a character limit so long story short: they booked a hotel block for us but actually didn't. Called the hotel and they had no information. Can't get a straight answer from withjoy. Been emailing with them for 2 weeks and have been passed between multiple people with no answers. Wouldn't ever recommend the site to anyone.

It was great until it wasn't. Our website doesn't work on Android app anymore. It just won't load once guests click on our event. It's been a week and the customer service won't give us an update on what is going on. At this rate we might have to migrate to another company because a lot of our guests use andriod phones. (tested on Samsung and Google pixels)

It's a very useful app, however it is hard to get rid of all the examples that are put in. A lot of it doesn't delete the first or even second time you try. But other than that it's amazing and very helpful. I'm getting married in August and, although this isn't a wedding planning app, it's the only app I've found legitimately helpful in planning my wedding. It let's you and all of your guests stay in contact, in one place. Which takes a lot of stress away.
