Well, like others that have tried the app, I did love it. Worked well, liked the features, reasonable cost. But has very sadly dropped to 2 stars, and maybe should be 1. Simply because of how customer service treated me. I changed phones. Tried to open the app on the new phone and my account was locked. Was shown a message to email customer service so the accounts could be merged. No problem. I emailed. Never any reply. Tried again. No reply. I don't appreciate paying for apps I can't use.

Update: after posting my first review while angry that I couldn't login to message someone, I was notified via email that the issue for me has been resolved. It wasn't a very prompt resolution but it was resolved and as far as $ and service go, I guess it's ok. user interface is buggy and will log you out or not send notifications. My account won't even let me login in now. I pay for a subscription and it's current but I cannot log in and I cannot access anything saved in app because of that...

Had this app for years. Used to be great. Not anymore. I had stuff to sell online so I bought the $60 subscription. Burned maybe 6 or 7 numbers after sales. Now it says "I cannot create any new numbers this year" There is nothing that says you are limited to the amount of numbers you can burn. That should be right up front. I also subscribed separately to the "Verified Number for 2FA" for an additional $60. So far I have created 2 numbers, both are invalid. Total false advetising. Update FRAUD!
