Edit: I've logged out and back in several times. It only fixes the issue temporarily. I've sent screenshots via email. ------Original Review: This seems good in theory, but I paid the subscription, and it won't update to the paid version. It keeps on showing the locks and wants to charge me again. There's a phone number, so I guess I'll try calling later, but who has time to get on the phone???

I purchased the app and have used it a long time. Apparently, I have to subscribe now to use the same features I already paid for. High tech planned obsolescence! update: I bought the app and obtained access to all of its features. I used it for a number of years. There was no free version previously, It was a one-time purchase and not a subscription. They have restricted access to features I already used.

I got the premium version and I don't know why but it just kept on returning me back to the normal version. I had to keep tapping on restore subscription or even worse delete then redownload the app again, frustrated by this I reached out to the customer care who took their time to respond only to say that the refund is handled by play store then when raising the request for refund it got denied saying that the refund window was closed. As a student it's painful that my hard earned money's gone
