I have been facing an issue with the 'Self Generate Bill' option in the Suvidha app for the past year. After entering the consumer ID and proceeding, the app shows an error without any message. This problem has been there for a long time, yet the feature is still available to the public without being fixed. Please look into this and resolve it soon.

The app is not working after new version is updated. It's menu buttons are under the android default buttons, making them inaccessible. I am using Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. PlayStore has no provision to upload pic otherwise I would have done it.

Good to use . Offer's an simple interface which is good & also provide alert notification so consumer can be alert about their bill. Also provide warnings like they don't ask OTP or any private information etc. Good to use but can be hackable as this is government app so don't give it to much permission.
