Most irritating app to use. For almost 1 year the app is not working properly on mobile. First there was problem in searching medicines. Now, there is problem in adding address. If I cannot add an address, then what is the point of getting discounts? Where shall I get the medicine delivered? I just wonder whether someone from Netmeds is checking these issues or not.

It used to be the best platform and now this app is the worst. It's edit profile feature does not work at all, you can't update address or anything else, making it super inconvenient to use. The support team is not knowledgeable enough help. The sales team just wants to place the order anyhow. In a nutshell, no one is genuinely willing to help.

App has become quite heavy and data consuming with new ui update. It takes a long time to load home and search pages. I just checked and it consumed over 200 mb data this month only when I was just browsing the products. Please improve the app so that it loads faster, search faster through products, and uses less data for that.
