download the app. they need email verification. receive the email, click the link, and goes to a blank black page. repeated the process multiple times. no problem, I'll just contact support. it's AI. AI says they don't have an article for bad links in emails. Said to keep trying and contact again. guess the app is on hold until they can write an article.

Alignable is OK. It's definitely not a tech company. Their online tools lack depth and seem cumbersome. It's a little better than when they first came out around a decade ago, but really slow. They also charge way more for the "service" they provide. A lot of what they charge for could be done for less. Like their "Spark" email, I'm sorry but making us pay for premium at $49 a month and wanting to charge us $100 or more for a small mention in your email? Seriously? In some areas it's even more.

They give you very few connection credits and as far as I can tell they never give you more unless you subscribe. They aren't very transparent about what you get for a subscription. The app itself is annoying if you have two business profiles. When you log out of one and into the the other, it will show the profile image correctly but all of the content is from the previous login. Frustrating and definitely prevents me from reacting to subscribe for either acct.
