I love being able to simply add a one-off chunk of data. Access is OK and the plans suit my use (very low phone use, highly variable data use, city plus rural access). When the pandemic is over I'll need some plug-in short term international access too, but I re-review when that time comes

Hi, today I activated the sim card the one Belong sent it to me, and everything goes well, I received an email that said your sim card activated if not working, please call us..How can I call you and my mobile line is not working , receiving or calling 😔

Update: the app is now actually reasonably functional, with standard load times! 1 star off because the fix took 3 years. Incredibly slow access, always. I'm honestly surprised when i load it up to check my quota and it shows me the figures in a reasonable amount of time. Amazing that it's been like this for years, affecting so many users (look at the app rating!). The only reason I'm giving two stars is that the Belong website is just as slow, so it may not be the 'fault' of the app
