Chartnote is the best AI scribe I've ever used! I particularly love that I can customize my note templates to my liking which I could not do with the AI scribe programs I've used before. My notes are written almost exactly as I would have typed it, all without the extra effort! My only recommendation is that the notes should automatically get pushed into the patient's chart note instead of using the Chrome extension. Otherwise, I highly recommend this as this significantly reduced my workload!

this good application but needs to be more smart. 1_ sometimes the summer notes is missing information and you can not edits that from the initial recording. 2- it becomes difficult to log in after adding more security authentication and I think that can be made optional. 3 lack of Arabic language make me think you stop my registration as majority of my patients are Arabic speaker . thanks

Dictation is worthless, have to speak very slowly, doesn't capitalize anything properly including the first word of a new sentence.
