I've been using this app for the last 8 months and was 4/5 stars happy with it, short of some glitches it had. NOW THE CHANGES THEY MADE THAT WENT IRNO EFFECT TODAY HAVE THIS APP UNUSABLE. NOT A SINGLE NOTE HAS BEEN CAPTURED CORRECTLY, SOME WONT UPLOAD, SOME WONT CAPTURE IT AT ALL... NOT A SINGLE NOTE TODAY WORKED. FOR WHAT I APY FOR THIS APP I EXPECT IT TO WORK AS PROMISED.

Been with this app almost from the start and the new updates that they have done have RUINED this app. My templates are gone and my notes are inaccurate. This app WAS a lifesaver but these new updates have taking MORE time away from me needing to correct the notes. They took away the therapy Note away. It's absolutely frustrating ESPECIALLY when I brought so many to this company and now I'm looking for something else. 110% NOT worth it now.

Last 2 weeks the app has had lag issues and does not end my notes after dictating.
