What you’ll do:

Common tasks may include drawing bounding boxes around objects in pictures, identifying key people, places, and things in text, and transcribing snippets of recorded audio (among many other things!)

What you’ll get paid:

Payment varies depending on the task, but Neevo Contributors average $10-15/per hour (usually working in 10-15 minute chunks of time).

How your work is used:

To understand the world around them, A.I. models rely on human annotators to teach them what’s what. That’s where you come in. As a Neevo contributor, your work helps top tech companies launch new products, fight algorithmic bias, and fine-tune some of the most widely-used technology in the world to run just a little smoother than before.

Ratings and reviews

Pretty sure this is a scam company. Lots of reports on Reddit of them not paying people and banning accounts instead. They say you need to link PayPal to get jobs, then lie and say your 20-year-old PayPal account is unverified. Since they won't show jobs without it, I'm not even sure they have actual jobs. They could be lying about that too just to try and get your PayPal info. There's also no way to contact support from their website, just a useless widget. Had to report it as a scam site.

The app is absolutely written by a highschool student. The app consistently fails to load or crashed randomly and resets on you. the company's tests rated me as a non English speaker due to the language tests finishing after one answer.

There are sometimes extended waits to be paid. If they were a little more transparent about timelines for payment, they would have five stars. I find they are otherwise very responsive when you have questions. I almost always get a response within a few hours and it never takes longer than a day. The jobs are interesting and the pay scale seems fair.
