TrueView helps our clients protect their brands, deepen customer advocacy, and strengthen their reputation through end-to-end approaches for brand and customer experience measurement. This app is intended for use by Ecolab clients and consultants to coordinate evaluation logistics, execute inspections, and collect onsite data and rich media.

Ratings and reviews

Needs improvements. Please add ability to import photos from other locations other than the device gallery. When working with a mobile to conduct the audit and then using a tablet to finish the report, it is not possible to add photos on the tablet from a location such as onedrive.

Fantastic. It makes it so easy to keep my staff up to standard on their work quality because they get to go over what the inspector sees when they score a room or area of our establishment. We see what we miss and can correct it before we end up losing points on it during inspections. It's a great training tool as well.

What experience. I followed the directions got it downloaded and installed. When I go to log in, keeps coming back to internal server error over n over. I'm using a galaxy note 10 plus.
