The app works well and stores documents properly, but a major issue affects usability. Whenever I need to access my documents urgently, it forces a mandatory update before opening. This is especially problematic during travel or in low-network areas, where updates cannot be downloaded. In such situations, the app becomes unusable, even though the documents are already stored. Please allow access without forcing updates, especially in offline or limited internet conditions.

has been using this app since 2.5 years.This is best app for saving the documents, the only problem I find is that we can't use this app in offline mode. sometimes I didn't have the internet and I really in need of a particular document, at that time I need to recharge first. atleast the documents which is already uploaded should be able to use in the offline method. this is necessary. please make this change.

I am unable to access my DigiLocker account. The app/website is not opening properly, and I’m facing difficulty logging in despite trying multiple times. I have already checked my internet connection and tried reinstalling the app, but the issue still persists. This is causing inconvenience as I need to access my important documents urgently. Kindly look into this issue and help me resolve it at the earliest. I would appreciate your support.
