I have been using digilocker since long time. It was all good until I updated the app. It did not work after the update even after clearing cache and data. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall. Now it says that it cannot be installed on my device. I am running Android 9 in my phone. I tested it on Android 10, it is found working. All my apps are supported on Android 9. Why such an important app stopped working on Android 9. Tried to raise complaint. Not allowed. It said - Android 9:no support

Horrible app, shows government departments in ability to handle bugs and issues. The app doesn't work, takes you to a screen where it wants to verify you, but it freezes on this screen and there is no button to go ahead with the verification. Can you really trust such a shady app to keep your documents? Its a shame for the goverment and it's IT department.

On update, there is a screen appearing to update the profile information with no button to continue or confirm and no scroll either to see if button is available below, we are unable to access any documents. This makes it highly unreliable. Worst experience. Previous comment with 5 star rating was Convenience for all especially senior citizens. No need to search for physical document during travel.
