The 5-3-1 Program Builder provides an easy way to calculate all the percentages needed to build an accurate training program.

5-3-1 is a training technique developed by Jim Wendler and is a well used method to continually progress in strength training.

You should supplement this tool with Jim Wendlers write up which is readily available on any web search.

This application simply removes the need for any calculations, just enter your current max lifts, add any accessories you need and click Generate.

The app will then save a PDF document to your device which has all sets, reps and percentages calculated for you along with the accessories defined for each movement.
