The EyeMed app gives you the ability to:
- View your benefits and eligibility
- Find an in-network eye doctor
- Get special offers in a snap
- Check your claims
- Get your ID card with a quick shake
- Set reminders to get an eye exam
- Set reminders to change your contact lenses
- Securely store an image of your prescription
- View interactive tips and vision guides
- All of your personal information is secure and only viewable by you

Ratings and reviews

This app has a long way to go. It certainly wasn't ready for deployment to the production system. Can't login, can't reset password, if you press the back button in the app, it doesn't clear the password originally put in....bad security planning. Either prioritize a functioning, secure app or don't have one at all. What it currently is should be an embarrassment.

You can look up providers and your membership card. It can store a photo of your prescriptions, but it automatically rotates the pictures 90 degrees no matter how you take it. Please fix that. Has some stability issues. I haven't been able to load my benefits in a while which would really be helpful. Needs work and bug fixes.

This app never gets any better. Keyboard covers the content on login view and the view is not scrollable. When users are entering a password we can't see it (and there's no option to disable the masking). Half the functions in this app don't work or are ambiguous about how to resolve a validation issue.
