The app is atrocious. I can't "find care" in the app; it redirects me to the website. Every time I open the app, it tells me there's an updated version but when I go to update, it says the app is up to date. I can't copy any information from the app (member number, etc.) to fill out forms. Every time I have to update my password, I have to re-enable fingerprint login. The app routinely crashes. What's the point of having an app that doesn't let me do any health care things?

App has potential, but not all needed features are included yet. Doesn't list all copays. Right now, you can view your ID cards, co-pays, and how much of your deductible has been spent. Those seemed to work fine. To be useful, at a minimum it needs to also have the doctors search, EoB viewing, submit a claim in-app, plan documents, and the Vision Connect and LabCard IDs. To be a great app, it needs to include the rest of your personal features, such as the gym membership thing.

App is horrible. When it worked, it was fine. Then one day it stopped working, and I'm no longer able to log in. Tried clearing cache and data, force stopping, uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works. It's broken. I contacted GEHA to let them know it wasn't working and their response was "there haven't been any reports about problems with the app." What did they think my email was? If I could give it zero stars, I would.
