App doesn't work. Fix the freaking app. It's insane you can't get a basic app like this yo work for people. I have a brand new Samsung galaxy s23 ultra and your app consistently is frozen for me. Reinstalling doesn't work. Cleaning cache and data does nothing. I'm on stable fiber optic internet. It's the app that is the problem. Don't cut corners with dev work. You need to fix this ASAP you are losing money every day this goes unfixed.

One of my subscriptions "expired". This means they no longer send you the product. imagine my surprise over a year later to notice they were STILL charging me for products that they know were never sent! They refused to reimburse me due to it being longer than 30 days after. There was never any notification that I was still being charged. No emails, no nothing. How does a Company justify charging for a product they never sent? Its theft. I did some research and this has happened to others!

All messaging capabilities have ceased functioning. My wifi and mobile data are both working separately on all other sites and apps. Both my care team message panels have half a loading circle that doesn't move or load. I cleared the cache and restarted. The update didn't fix it either. To top it off, the website is only displaying old messages, so I can't read my latest messages or respond. Unacceptable.
