This app is awful. I haven't even been able to experience a service yet. The first boarding I tried to book, it connected me with someone that doesn't even do boarding. The app is clunky, unstable & difficult to navigate around in. It's constantly crashing, freezing or going into spin mode. I get an error when deactivating my account. Contacting a human in customer service is nearly impossible. The chat bot can't do anything but it won't give you a human. Highly DO NOT recommend.

I've been trying book the same awesome pet caregiver I used before. its been a week of trying, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and still getting an error that my boarding can't be processed and to check back later. I've tried support through the chat bot. First time, never heard back from the supposed ticket that being opened. Today I opened another one. we shall see. The concept is great, but the app performance needs work.

This is the worst app ever. can't log in. I NEVER get the code needed. WHY do I have to get my code via email? I should be able to get a code texted to me. All my other apps text me a code. I requested a code this morning to see my matches & I received an email that said my request was canceled for invalid payment. I've never put payment options in. I can't even see who I matched. The 2 I did see were brand new and had only completed a few sittings and had zero reviews. Not leaving my 12y/o pet.
