Ratings and reviews

Leak sensor no longer shows battery or signal info. There is a switch for these, but it turns itself back off when you exit the app. The leak alarm is no longer consistently pushed. Pretty sure this happened with an update. Basic security still functional so leaving four stars for now. (Both batteries at 80% per a zts pulse load test) No, it used to show a nice screen with picture/battery/signal now it only says no activity. All while logged in. Linkind leak sensor support abandoned?

Frustrating! I got the AiDot app to use with the water sensors since we had an occasional problem in our basement restroom. After some confusion setting up the sensors, I finally got it done and tested them. After a few months, we had a toilet overflow from water usage upstairs and the sensor did not notify my phone nor the alarm. I discovered it by accident and saw the sensor sitting in water! I looked at my app and it said your session has expired. Get another brand for leak detection!

I am using the app paired with AiDot leak detection sensors. It was easy to add them and monitor. The app lets you configure your notification preferences, and I opted for email, text, and push notifications. We had heavy rain one week that flooded our basement and it thankfully notified me right away. In the app, it lets you name the sensors, so I knew exactly where to go and deal with it. Highly recommend!
