My account has been blocked due to multiple incorrect password attempts. I expected the app to provide an option for an online password reset, but instead I was instructed to contact customer care, which is not a toll-free service. This has created a challenge for me, as I currently have an Okoa debt and am unable to make calls. I have even tried the toll free number but the language used is foreign to me. Iam dissapointed

Easily the worst mobile banking app I have ever used. Transactions are repeatedly declined or fail without any explanation, leaving you completely stranded when you need access to your own money. Ironically, deposits go through without any issue, they’re quick to take your money, but when it comes to actually using it, the app simply doesn’t work. A banking app that cannot reliably process payments defeats its entire purpose. I strongly caution anyone considering this service to look elsewhere.

update 3. the login period is still a disappointment. the app is shinier but nothing else has changed from my last review. update 2: I was hoping with the new update a few things would be made simpler or be added but this isn't the case: - No dark mode: The white background sucks in the dark, illuminating when one needs privacy - the log in period (from opening to signing to opening) hasn't changed. I'll be waiting for the next update to see if these changes are enacted. Until then, 3 stars
