Members who have already registered can sign in to the app. Members signing in for the first time must register online or via the mobile app.

SITE CAN'T BE REACHED, that's what you get if you forget your password. Seems to be an ongoing issue. My imput to the company I work for will be to change providers when this physical year is up.

Unable to log in. Rebooted 2x and cleared app cache/data. Please fix this. I need access to this app for my medical information.

The app is as horrid as this companies service. Website doesn't work, app only half works, and when you call, you get people who have zero comprehension. The app itself is full of errors when I click to get to items and I am unable to search for pharmacies or any plan information.
