Worst banking app I have used. Just stops working and has to be reinstalled (usually at the worst possible moment). Never recognizes your device. Lets you use biometrics sometimes, sometimes not. Banking apps really need to be dependable since they are pretty important to most people. This bank has been great, I wish they would get someone to create an app for them that reflects the quality of the bank. I'm considering changing banks just to get a usable interface with my account.

Absolutely worst banking app ever...when it works. For the past 2 weeks every time I log in it tells me there is an update needed go to do it and nothing is there. In the past 6 months I have been locked out using the correct password and thumb print and call to fix the issue reps and get snarky responses from reps "that happens when you keep entering the wrong password". Tell me how it's the wrong password when it's my fingerprint and my password is saved???

Assuming you can even get in after it locks your account for correctly putting in your password, you have to reinstall frequently since it just randomly will decide not to load anything. Only occasionally lets you use the biometric feature, so good luck with that. Convinced their app support is three chipmunks standing on top of each other in a trench coat wearing glasses.
