I ordered a duplicate ID since my was lost/stolen and it was such a smooth experience! It was quick, easy to understand, clear and precise and it took me less than 5 minutes to complete. Very please with the app handling so far. However, either it is misadvertised or I was charged incorrectly because it says a duplicate costs $14. Then underneath that it says there is no charge for a duplicate if the age of 17 or OLDER. (Which is most of us) and then it still charged me the $14 plus the $3 fee.

I used to love this app. I signed up with my Google account and now it doesn't seem to support logging in with that information. Fix this, and I will go to 5 stars because it was an easy way for me to renew my vehicle registrations.

besides the absurd fees which have gone up to iver 6.00 to make a payment, nice update. Cannot click any buttons at the bottom of the screen, so can't use the app.
