My phone, a relatively new model running Android pie, worked great before installation of this app. I was able to update my car license tags with no problem using this app. However... After installing, everything else (emails, texts, web pages, Google searches, etc) slowed down and would freeze repeatedly. I was at the point where I was going to do a factory reset and erase all of my data. But... After uninstalling the iKan't app, everything is great again, and my phone is back to being fast and doesn't freeze every other minute. Stick with the website for payments, and avoid this app until they get the bugs worked out.

The app showed the incorrect insurance policy number, and required me to come to the tag office in-person. At the tag office, the lady said the system has the correct policy number, but for some reason the app doesn't show the correct policy number, and went ahead and charged $5 extra just for an in-person tag renewal. This app also has its own convenience fee. My guess is the only way to avoid a fee is to mail in your stuff. 1-star because this app showed incorrect insurance policy number.

An embarrassment to Kansas. Lots of incorrect data. No means to correct via the app. Instructions imply you can correct wrong info but it is a lie. For example, shows an old car I no longer own. No way to delete it. Nor does it show the replacement car. Afraid to add it as the app seems badly built and likely to make a mistake.
