Well when I went to Saudi Arabia I used this app for my rawdah and umrah permits, I had booked the times I wanted and it was confirmed. then when it was time for the qr code to come 48 hours before the permit time the app just crashed and neither of the permits worked and right now today there is a bug or something in the app and it isn't letting me access the app and the app overall just needs to be better.

it's good opportunity but can anyone tell me how to share one more key on correct answer to another person. or how to use it personally.as when I did it,although my second ans was also correct but was rejected after saying that you don't have any other attempt.try again tomorrow.. secondly how can I log in for more than one accounts on same device .is there any possibilty?

The app is easy to navigate, however at the time of writing this (for 3 days) I was unable to book the Haramain train due to maintenance. Also, there is no section to book an 'accredited taxi' following the recent rule changes where it is now mandatory for us to prove that we have transportation while visiting.
