No. All you need is your jump ropes, this app, and enough space to jump no gym required. But for some crossfit style workouts, you will need kettlebells and barbells which are optional.

I really like this app, and know I can feel I am going to hit a incredible weight loss. I highly recommend this app not fo only weight loss purpose but also to be fit and healthy.

Your selling point was that I can add many exercises I liked and let me tell you there was many at least over a hundred and I liked that you allowed me to transport over 139 of them into one exercise, now what I do with those exercises will be up to me but that's the beauty of giving the customer ( custom need ) what they're looking for isn't ?! One flaw the beginner exercises and even intermediate are way too repetitious, no offense but we want to destroy " boring exercises " make it fun please

I would prefer it if the warm-up and cool-down were included when you start the exercise. Because they are not, I have to use the timer on my phone and switch between apps to see the next warm-up or cool-down exercises.
