Had to update the app due to phone change. Have been using Neat for 5+ years. The New camera function is terrible. It frequently "adjusts" the size of the picture despite how many times I re- take the photo and it crops outs necessary items. The worse part is I can no longer adjust the photo. Hopefully an update is coming soon to do this madness

Bring Back the Old App!!! Haven't gotten this App to work for me at all. I would still be using the old one if I could load it on my new phone. It just spins on "UPLOADING 100%" when adding a new receipt. Doesn't move past it. Crashes the App when you try to take a pic with 2 receipts in the shot. The filters for sorting the File Cabinet don't work. I have been using Neat for about 15 yrs. when you traveled with your own scanner. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra with the latest software and firmware.

I used the legendary neat receipts and loved it! My laptop crashed, so I had to upgrade everything! I have found the new receipts app easy to use, and very efficient! I love the fact that I can get my receipts by using the mobile app as well as my laptop! No more waiting until I get home to scan all those little pieces of paper! For my very small business, this is the best!!!
