My favorite thing about canopie is how simple and unobtrusive it is! The lessons are quick but so helpful and calming, and unlike other mental health apps I've tried, the notifications are never annoying. As a new parent, having gentle support is so helpful.

This app is easy to use and is great for new parents, as well as seasoned parents. I have learned some helpful techniques so far to help me cope with my anxious and negative thoughts.
