Would not connect to machine via Bluetooth. Trouble shooting with very friendly support person and eventually he just started downplaying the Bluetooth connectivity and how it's not really needed. So basically the app is worthless except to use as a shortcut for buying their products 6/13/2024 Even after updating the app simply won't connect to either of my Nespresso machines.

This app is SLOW I've tried on Android and iOS, doesn't make a difference, other than Android version doesn't crash as much. Each time you click on a button it takes a second to advance. Adding coffee to your cart has an unusual UI, you select the quantity and there's no visual confirmation that the items were successfully added without taking a look at your shopping cart - this takes the user out of the purchase flow and probably results in a lower transaction amount and/or conversion.

Please take a look at your subscription user flows. After several attempts, multiple updates and hard refreshes, I have been unable to successfully update my subscription shipment date. I actually cannot even cancel it to try to reorder. Loading times are also extremely long, both on 5G cellular and fiber optic wifi. Over 60 seconds to load the edit subscription screen. It also wipes my payment info when I try to change the delivery date, then gives a network error when selecting a card.
