Terrible! User interface is hard to understand. Three or four steps when one is enough. No logical direction when checking out. Keeps asking for a delivery option when all I want to do is order and pick up in store. At checkout, well you can't. Input CC info with no option to confirm. Tried to use PayPal and my basket was deleted in the app. Ridiculous!

Handy so far! Easy to log in, search products, and add products to lists. I'm impressed and super satisfied by the ease of use and thoughtful features. Some areas for improvement: 1) I'd love to be able to add notes to products in my lists, 2) I want shared lists to be dynamic—instead, they're a snapshot of the list at the exact time you shared it, and 3) I want my reviews all in one place and to be able to edit them.

How do you say "Oops it isn't working" in Swedish? The store checkout says " oops, something went wrong" when you try to do a self checkout at the store. that's after you spent time scanning everything and entering coupon codes. Support bot is absolute trash as well - doesn't answer your questions. This app cost me 20 mins of my time and about $20. Dear IKEA, the most surefire way to lose a customer is to promise discounts, then waste their time and not give the discounts. Trash of an app.
